This is the demo unit thing you've got there. The full kiosk is a nice touch and definitely something that people go after. Searching this forum for DS-16 yields this result from 4 years ago which is quite some time... Price is probably different after this long, but these aren't trading hands at high volume so there's going to be some variance either way.

I sold a unit just like this at the 2017 Midwest gaming classic.  I think I got roughly $450 for it. 
The value  is in the Demo Switcher Unit.  The DS-16
