The hardest to find Asian MD stuff are the teal cardboard boxes. There are plenty of games that are individually maybe harder to find, especially items that are still being "discovered" like releases in the style of Sword of Vermillion or Shining in the Darkness, but the teal box releases are known and have been known for years and yet they hardly become available despite looking so visually different.

For awhile Sonic & Knuckles was available out of Singapore but always seemed marked up in price. I've seen Mega Bomberman (not cardboard) once in the last year or two but it was missing the manual. I've never seen Adventures of Batman & Robin. There might be one other teal box (other than Mega Games 10) but I can't remember it. I had a quick look through Guardiana but didn't see any others.

Comboy, there are several Asian MD releases in that style. European style packaging with a Japanese-shaped cart (but still European art), and yes Sword of Vermillion is likely one of them.

I had a handful in that style. I remember owning Shining in the Darkness

Def. exists, found some pictures:

Yes it does exist, as do a number of other RPG games:

Landstalker is the most interesting and far and away the hardest to find.

You forgot about Ecco: The Tides of Time Teal box.
By the way i know one man here in Russia, who have Teal Adventures of Batman & Robin in perfect condition. But he refused to sell it to me, despite of my $500 offer.
He is not even Asian games collector, but he want to keep the game...

Aladdin
Sonic 3
Dr. Robotniks Mean Bean Machine
Sonic Spinball
Street Fighter 2

Or is there more?

That one certainly doesn't show up everyday. I hope someone from here can nab it.

Have a look at this Street Fighter II. It is kinda odd that the cart are not identical for both PAL & NTSC.
I got that NTSC version from Hong Kong.

The collection is coming on well. I haven't found anything's interesting recently, still on the hunt for the big "Teal" set.

Dyer, why would you sold off your Asian MD Phantasy Star III? I already awfully regretted of letting that Jurassic Park Rampage Edition go. It was from me, then I sold to "supergameboy" and then he sold to you.

Your collection have rare 5 titles that I rated hard to get. It took me more than 15 years to track them down but no luck of getting any of them.

I wasn’t really focusing on my collection at the time and a German collector wanted it so I sold it. I’m very glad I managed to get JP RE, didn’t realise it came via yourself though. So thanks.

I have seen a few others over the years but they are mighty hard to find

Hmm...
I'm not sure if that German collector is the same person whom i sold my Asian Teal Batman & Robin. If he is getting JP RE from you, he must be the same person.

Asian MD collectors are such a small bunch - its fun to be able to remember/trace exactly whose hands a certain game has passed through! Some are just that tough!
